Ordering & Payment Policies
Orders placed for existing instruments can be paid via Paypal, check, or money order made out to Fishbone Bass, LLC. Once payment is received, your bass will undergo an additional final inspection before being packed for shipment. You will then be notified as to the ship date and any tracking information. Returns can be made within the first 48 hours of delivery of the instrument minus a 1% restocking fee. Shipping to and from Fishbone is at the customer’s expense.
Any modifications to the instruments (ie: electronics, pickups, etc) will be dealt with on a
case-by-case basis. Every attempt will be made to accommodate any requested modification.
Our design philosophy has always been to create instruments that are the perfect melding of technology and old-world craftsmanship. Each instrument design has been painstakingly tweaked with a "form-fits-function" perspective to achieve the desired results. We treat every instrument we make as if it was our own and view their sale as more of an adoption. We trust you will find your new Fishbone Bass will quickly become an extension of yourself, bringing out the best in both player and instrument.
